    Whole School Mass

    Dear Parents/Carers,

    HCL ~ New Catering Supplier Introduction

    Please find attached some information from HCL, our new caterers. You will already have had a jotter with a lunch menu attached. Please be aware the menu is pork free and nut free.

    It is very important that you log on and complete the allergy sections below as soon as possible before the end of this week so the caterers have any allergy information for your child(ren)'s meal(s).

    You may have already had this information before and you may have actioned this request. If so, thank you. If not, please log on and complete the request.

    Message from our new Caterers ‘HCL’:
    I’m pleased to inform you that your school’s menu is now live on the HCL system. HCL will manage this process on the school's behalf as their preferred caterer during the duration of the agreed contract. We would like to invite your parents of children who have special dietary requirements to visit our website to open an account with HCL, this will then enable them to process an application for a menu that’s tailored around their child’s dietary needs.

    If an Allergy/intolerance menu is required please follow this link https://specialmenu.hcl.co.uk/ Create a new account or log on to an existing account and Parent or Guardian can submit an application for the required menu.     HCL Nutrition team will set you up with a Schools Admin account and provide you with log-on details onto our system, here you can view applications made and status of these applications, Approve allergies within your school, hold central copies of specific menus.

Covid-19 Important Information for Parents and Visitors

Most importantly, if you are UNWELL IN ANY WAY, please DO NOT send your child to school or visit. Stay at home until you are fully well.

IF you have one of the following 3 Covid-19 symptoms, please ensure you book a test promptly and inform the school of the outcome.

  • High temperature (38 degrees +)
  • A continuous cough
  • A change in sense of taste or smell
